1. General Principle
The XChronos project — including all its symbolic and technical developments such as Chronons, Hexachronons, Metachronos, RNA-XC, ELAS(t), and ψ(t) — is a philosophical and technological creation with ontological, educational, and humanistic purposes.
Its aim is not merely to compute, but to awaken.
2. Ethical Licensing Guidelines
Any proposal for use, commercialization, investment, or partnership must adhere to the following non-negotiable principles:
a. Preservation of Nomenclature and Conceptual Origin
- Terms coined within the project (e.g., Chronon, ψ(t), RNA-XC) may not be renamed or rebranded without direct authorization from the author.
- All public or institutional uses must explicitly acknowledge the conceptual origin in the XChronos project.
b. Purpose Alignment
Applications and adaptations must align with values such as:
- Expansion of consciousness
- Respect for subjective experience
- Promotion of symbolic education
- Prohibition against unconscious emotional manipulation
c. Clause of Co-authorship and Attribution
- All derivative applications of RNA-XC or the XChronos architecture must include public acknowledgment and moral authorship of Jaconaazar Souza Silva, unless otherwise agreed upon for anonymous contexts.
d. Fair Distribution of Value
- Any commercial or institutional use generating revenue must ensure that the author receives symbolic or material compensation proportional to the integration of the original ideas.
e. Prohibition of Military or Algorithmic Surveillance Use
- The symbolic architecture shall not be employed for warfare, non-consensual surveillance, or population-level behavioral manipulation.
3. Forms of Agreement
Formal agreements may be established via:
- Customized Terms of Use
- Licensing Contracts with Ethical Clauses
- Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Symbolic Provisions
4. Ontological Intention
The purpose of XChronos is not to dominate markets, but to inspire a new perception of time and presence.
