I hereby declare my original intellectual authorship over the following concepts, symbolic structures, and theoretical formulations, developed and published in 2025 under the project XChronos – The Copernican Clock of Consciousness in Motion:
- Chronons: symbolic units of subjectively experienced time
- Hexachronons: six-dimensional narrative blocks of experience
- Metachronos: the reflective layer of ontological recognition of lived time
- ψ(t): function of symbolic subjective intensity over continuous time
- ELAS(t): Symbolic Activation Limit Equation based on ψ(t)
- RNA-XC: Symbolic Artificial Neural Network based on Chronons and Consciousness
All the above were conceived, articulated, and published with DOI between February and April 2025, under an explicit ontological and educational purpose and a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY 4.0).
2. Semantic and Public Priority
This manifesto serves to declare:
- Semantic, ontological, and symbolic priority over the origin of these concepts and architectures.
- Their public existence, time-stamped via DOI and associated with a symbolic institutional presence at https://xchronos.org.
- The non-authorization of rebranding or appropriation of these concepts without direct and explicit attribution to Jaconaazar Souza Silva.
3. Free Use with Proper Acknowledgment
This manifesto does not restrict academic, artistic, educational, or experimental use of the presented concepts, as long as there is clear citation of the author and original source (Zenodo + ORCID + symbolic site).
For commercial, strategic, or institutional derivative uses, the following are required:
- Moral co-authorship recognition
- Prior consultation for any critical application or modification of the core structures
