Abstract
The recent critique of intellectual property laws by the co-founder of Twitter signals an inevitable rupture. This paper positions the XChronos project as a symbolic and ontotechnological alternative to this crisis. If knowledge can no longer be imprisoned by outdated legal systems, then it is time to design a new paradigm based on presence, lived time, and conscious experience. Here we present the conceptual structure of the XChronos OS as both an ethical and technical response to the post-copyright era.
1. Introduction: When the System Itself Says “Enough”
In April 2025, Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter, publicly stated that intellectual property laws are broken. As reported by Olhar Digital, he directly criticized current copyright structures and advocated for a more open, distributed model of knowledge creation and sharing.

In light of this, we ask: what comes next?
2. XChronos’ Symbolic Response
The XChronos project had already anticipated this rupture. Grounded in concepts such as Chronons, Hexachronons, ψ(t), and Metachronos, XChronos does not seek to measure time as a linear resource, but rather to recognize it as a symbolic experiential field.
Its operating system, XChronos OS, proposes an architecture centered on presence, pause, and meaning — not on raw performance or algorithmic control.
3. Ethical Licensing and Ontological Agreement
The XChronos project adopts the Creative Commons BY 4.0 license, with an additional ethical intent declaration, which:
- Prohibits use for surveillance, militarization, or manipulative purposes
- Requires public and symbolic attribution to the original author
- Encourages educational, contemplative, and philosophical use
- Allows for partnerships only when guided by ontological respect

4. Conclusion: When Time Is Worth More Than Code
The collapse of intellectual property is the symptom.
The emergence of proposals like XChronos OS is the symbolic response that transcends mere technicality — it touches the way we perceive time, how we treat our creations, and how we wish to be remembered.
We are not trying to own ideas.
We are trying to witness them blooming in the world.
